Particularly good and amazing location not far from shops and retail park, an old pub divided into 'apartments' and Norfolk Showground in a nice quiet area.

Friendly services, the free parking was available on-site. Excellent food and hot drinks. Unbeatable, magnificent location in Norwich, close enough to shops, pub, and the walled town centre.

The hotel was set in a central area next to an old pub divided into 'apartments', and a supermarket. Spacious and fairly quiet units like in the pictures, truly enjoyed it.

The place deserved 3 stars. The staff was really helpful and always greeted us. Our room was well-equipped and spotless with kettle, good facilities and clean bedding.

The family room was neat and spotless, with a coffee/tea maker, a multi-channel TV, and a study table. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. The atmosphere created was family. The location was perfect and comfortable, near supermarket, it's a plus.

My bed was a little lumpy, unfortunately.

For the price we paid, we got great value and the room was spacious and well-equipped. The location was convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were helpful, especially the gentleman on the phone who went above and beyond to assist us with the door lock.

In terms of breakfast selection, it would have been better if there were more options available.

Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Costessey. The hotel was situated in the central location really close to the city center.

Will choose the place for future trips for the location, it was perfect. Overall, it's nice base for exploring Costessey attractions. All the rooms are great-sized on the note and the staff are amicable. The food is brilliant and delicious.
